Nixall® Wound + Skin Solution is unlike any other toxic wound treatments. Nixall® Wound + Skin Solution is a one-step, easy-to-use, no-mix, no-dilution, no-rinse solution that debrides many harmful microorganisms that are common in and around the wound area. Nixall® Wound + Skin Solution is intended to be used in the management of cleaning, irrigating, and debriding of skin abrasions, lacerations, burns, minor irritations, cuts, and intact skin. Its pH is in the physiologically acceptable range of your skin and is also shelf-stable.

No. Nixall® products are very different than bleach. The Nixall® main ingredient, hypochlorous acid, is a different oxychlorine species that is dissimilar from sodium hypochlorite (which is bleach). Nixall® Wound + Skin Solution and other Nixall products are very different than bleach. Nixall® Wound + Skin Solution and the Nixall® products pH are in a neutral range just like the pH of the dermal layer of all humans. Bleach solution or “Dakins Solution” are of a very high pH, are not shelf-stable, and have to be used quickly.

Nixall® Wound + Skin Solution and Nixall® VetResponse® products currently have a shelf life of 18 months. Nixall® Cleanser has a shelf life of 12 months. Nixall® Disinfectant/Sanitizer has a shelf life of 30 days. Read the product label for specific shelf life. We add no carcinogenic preservatives, unlike competitive products. Keep all Nixall® solutions out of direct sunlight and do not freeze. After use keep the container sealed.

Yes, Nixall® Wound + Skin Solution is safe for use with other wound care products, but we recommend consulting a physician. Nixall® Wound + Skin Solution has no known negative contraindications and no known negative reactions with other drug products.
